​All of our services require a minimum 48 hours cancellation notice period. If any less than this is received, the full amount is payable.
CANCELLATIONS are made via bookin system only. We do not offer refunds on ANY booking, all bookings are transferrable with 48 hours notice via the app

Can we come and look around?
You're welcome to book an initial lesson, and after your session one of our coaches will be happy to show you around the centre and answer any questions you may have.
Unfortunately, we don't offer tours before booking due to security and staffing requirements. We also ask that you do not arrive at the centre without a pre-booked appointment, as you will not be permitted entry.
